$19 for every additional computer at the same business location.
ExceliCare Business Pro
This plan adds monthly maintenance to the base ExceliCare Business plan so your computers are always protected and up-to-date.
- All benefits of ExceliCare Business, plus:
- Up-to-date virus definitions and managed scheduled malware scans.
- Disk verification and permissions repair.
- Installation of minor operating system updates (not major updates like Windows 10 and Mac OS Sierra)
- Defragmentation of Windows partitions to increase data access rates.
Monthly Cost:
$64 for first computer.
$34 for every additional computer at the same business location.
ExceliCare Managed Network
This plan adds total network monitoring and maintenance to theExceliCare Business Pro plan
- All benefits of ExceliCare Business and ExceliCare Business Pro, plus:
- Loan of a Meraki MX64W Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI) firewall
- Complete network management and diagnostics. Including WiFi security key management and distribution.
- Unlimited client VPN connections so you can have access to work resources at home, or nearly anywhere else.
- Web content filtering.
- Gateway Anti-Virus and Anti-Phishing.
Monthly Cost:
$99 for first computer.
$49 for every additional computer at the same business location.
ExceliCare Business Server Maintenance
This plan does not build on any other ExceliCare Business Plans, but includes the following:
- Backup Monitoring and Reporting
- Installation of minor operating system updates on the server.
Monthly Cost:
$100 per server.
